Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. This processing time includes order verification, quality check, and packaging. During peak seasons (such as holidays or major sales events) or promotional periods, the processing time may extend slightly due to high order volumes. We strive to keep you updated on any delays and appreciate your patience.


2. Shipping Methods and Times

2.1. Standard Shipping:

Standard shipping is the default option for all orders, with delivery typically taking 3-5 business days, depending on your location within Nepal. Standard shipping is available for all items unless otherwise specified. Please note that delivery times may vary for remote or rural areas.

2.2. Express Shipping:

For faster delivery, express shipping is available. This option ensures that your package arrives within 1-2 business days. Express shipping is subject to availability based on your location. You can select this option at checkout for an additional fee.

2.3. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the size and weight of your order, and the delivery location. Detailed shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process. Nekokart occasionally offers free shipping promotions, which will be automatically applied at checkout if eligible.

4. Delivery Areas

4.1. National Shipping:

Nekokart delivers to all major cities and towns across Nepal. Delivery to remote or rural areas is also available, though delivery times may be longer depending on the location. We continuously work to expand our delivery network to reach more customers.

4.2. International Shipping:

Currently, Nekokart offers shipping exclusively within Nepal. However, we are actively exploring opportunities to expand our services internationally. As we grow, we will announce international shipping options on our platform.


5. Delivery Guidelines

5.1. Delivery Attempts:

Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts to ensure successful delivery. If the delivery fails after three attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Once returned, a refund will be processed according to our Return Policy. You will be notified of the status of your returned package and refund process.

5.2. Signature Requirement:

For certain orders, especially high-value items, a signature may be required upon receipt to confirm that the package has been delivered securely. This measure helps protect both the customer and Nekokart from potential disputes.


6. Delays and Issues

6.1. Unexpected Delays:

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, logistical challenges, strikes, or natural disasters may cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and keep you updated on the status of your delivery.

6.2. Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We take these matters seriously and will investigate the issue. If the investigation confirms the loss or damage, we will either replace the item or provide a full refund, depending on your preference and the availability of the product.


7. Order Changes and Cancellations

7.1. Order Modification:

Once an order has been placed, it can only be modified or canceled before it has been processed for shipping. If you need to make changes to your order, such as altering the delivery address or changing the items, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Once the order has entered the shipping process, modifications cannot be made.

7.2. Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations are not possible as the order may already be in the shipping process. If your order has already been shipped, you can refuse delivery, and the package will be returned to us. A refund will be processed once the package is returned, in accordance with our Return Policy.
